Cincinnati Bell Gives Wireless Customers Increased Texting Capability with Text2Landline Service

Branded Cincinnati Bell Text2Landline, the service enables wireless customers to send text messages to any landline phone number in the United States and Canada.

To use Text2Landline, a Cincinnati Bell Wireless customer enters the landline number in the “To:” field of the text message, types the message, and then sends it. The text message is delivered to the landline phone number as a voice message. The sender receives a status text message if the message was delivered to a live person or a voicemail system. A reply text message is sent to the sender if the home-phone recipient replies. Text2Landline is offered at standard Cincinnati Bell text messaging rates.
