Activities and Responsibilities:
*Brand Management-candidate must possess ability to promote the Professional Home Referrals brand to both service providers and clients.
*Discover the magic of rapport with service providers and clients, developing relationships and trust, finding innovative ways to achieve the desired result.
*Influence clients with authentic feelings and a genuine care for the client’s interest and needs to provide the quality service they deserve and retain them as a repeat client.
*Listen, identify benefits, build relationships, and provide professional, quality service with service providers and clients.
*Approach service providers and clients by either cold calling or face to face meetings with a “what’s in it for them” attitude.
*Proficient follow up of how you can be of help to the client.
*Provide lead generation and sales data as requested.
*Develop and implement a marketing strategy for the specific territory covered.
*Proactively seek out and create opportunities with building a qualified network of service providers and bringing clients in contact with service providers in a designated territory.
*Discover resourceful ideas for promoting Professional Home Referrals’ core values of customer service, doing what is right for our service providers and clients, being a trusted advisor, and brand recognition.
*Responsible for lead generation with clients and service providers in a given territory.
*Educate service providers and clients on Professional Home Referrals business model while indicating to them how you can help them with their problem by forming meaningful relationships.
