Snagging Overseas to offer Property Management Services in 2011 in Portugal

Feb. 19, 2011 - PRLog -- Serafina Gomes, Group Marketing Director for Snagging Overseas has presented the company's plan for 2011 with an interesting piece of news for overseas property owners - Snagging Overseas will offer property management in Portugal for owners of property in Portugal.

Serafina explained what the company aims to achieve.

"Property Management is something we have talked about a lot in Snagging Overseas. We have recommended property management companies to our clients for many years. However, now that the recession has bitten deeply many clients have been left quite literally without overseas representation and services that, in many cases, they have paid for.

As a solvent company with permanently staffed offices in The Algarve, we have often held keys for clients and nipped out to do certain errands for them, we have often recommended the best gardener, the main and the best restaurants. Why not take that last step and keep the relationship with our client and look after their overseas home?"

Yet the service is not just another property management service.

"We have always prided ourselves on being ahead of the game. In this day and age a customer should be able to access all of their property information in the internet. Our customers will have a login to their own account on our site where they can see all of the relevant information on their Portuguese property. They can make service requests, check out recent reports on their home or organise their rental calendar so we can prepare the property for their guests, clean it after they have left and a whole host of other services. Just like with our property inspection service, we will take ALL of the hassle out of owning an overseas home."

Snagging Overseas has a well deserved reputation for clarity and customer service. A member of the British Portuguese Chamber of Commerce for several years, it has been present in the both "boom and bust" years in overseas property. The new property management system will be introduced by the beginning of March 2011 and offers a full spectrum property management service.

The service covers rental management for clients as well.
