Gluten Free Rum Cakes by Edible Spirits!

Feb. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Loving to give back to their community of rum lovers, Edible Spirits embarked on a new venture in October of 2010: Gluten-Free.  After the overwhelming amount of requests for gluten-free cakes and countless hours of research, the small bakery is more than pleased with the outcome, and they feel that their efforts will pay off.  Currently, there are two flavors to choose from: Gluten-Free Apricot Brandy and Gluten-Free Chocolate Cherry Brandy.

In February of 2011, Edible Spirits launched their gluten-free line of rum cakes in both local and national markets.  The company is just over 18 months old, yet has quickly become an American sensation. Adding the gluten-free line of liqueur cakes is not the first time that Edible Spirits has made headlines, as their ‘Freedom Cake Program’ which sends delicious rum and liqueur cakes to U.S. Troops stationed around the world has been featured on newscasts, in newspapers, and on nationally syndicated morning shows.
The gluten-free product lineis expected to expand and include each flavor that they have on their current menu of non-gluten-free cakes.
