Mioot has recently launched an attractive feature “Abusive words control system” to control the language of the operators. This highly versatile feature allows the mioot user administrators to add the abusive words to the mioot's  Abusive words list so that the operators will not be able to send the pre- listed words through mioot live chat system.

Parthsarathy murugesan, Manager – customer relations, mioot live chat, stated that this feature is developed keeping in mind that the end users are always on top and the operators using the live chat software should not be allowed to go hard on the customers by using abusive words. He also stated that, once the list of words are added to the mioot system, the system will not allow the operators to post the words as such. He also said that when this feature is smartly used, over a period of time, one can totally control the abusive words being posted.
