In response to overwhelming customer requests Three Brothers Butcher BBQ has introduced a “make it a meal” option to their menu. Barbeque sandwiches, cooked to order dry aged steaks, chicken cutlets, lump crab cakes and more can all be made into a meal including a small side and hunk of honey cornbread. This introduction comes as a result of months of speaking with customers about what they were looking for when they ordered items from the barbecue or butcher selections. “Our homemade sides and cornbread are what make our BBQ platters so special, we felt it was only right to offer the same kind of complete meal experience to sandwich buyers” said Steve Carapella, one of the Three Brothers. “We then thought about all the Queens residents that we serve dry aged steaks, chicken cutlets and crab cakes to, and we thought, they can make it a meal too!” added Carapella.
3BROS Butcher BBQ has been a Queens establishment since 2005, serving high quality steaks, house smoked pork, brisket and chicken as well as creative home made sides. The side dishes feature barbecue standards such as mac and cheese, baked beans and corn but also include jambalaya, sweet potato mash, sausage pasta and creamed spinach.
