Adventure Kids Playcare Listed In Entrepreneur Magazine

Feb. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Flower Mound, TX - Adventure Kids Playcare has been listed in Entrepreneur Magazine’s December 2010 issue, Top Ten Trends for 2011 under the Child Care category.   The Top Trends list identified 10 categories as the industries to watch in 2011.  According to Entrepreneur Magazine, parents are busier than ever and drawn to childcare that combines education and enrichment programs.

Adventure Kids Playcare fills the need for flexible, hourly childcare that is necessary as families become busier. Childcare is available seven days a week; until 10 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends.  Started in 2004 by Dana Oliver, Adventure Kids has grown to include locations in North Texas, Katy, TX and Seattle, WA. A 10th location is opening in Bethesda, MD in Spring 2011. “I started this business out of a need to find childcare that revolved around my schedule,” said Dana Oliver, “and found that there were many other parents in the same situation. We now have over 18,000 registered families just in the D/FW area.”   Seattle franchisee Ed Mecum adds, “We regularly hear comments like Adventure Kids is a lifesaver and we don’t know what we would do if you weren’t here.”  With its emphasis on security, cleanliness, age appropriate activities, exploration, and fun it’s no wonder that Adventure Kids Playcare has received the notice of Entrepreneur Magazine.
