Feb. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Since the resignation of Tunisia’s President Zine El-Abidine Ben Ali, Yemeni citizens have been protesting against their autocratic President, Ali Abdullah Saleh. On Saturday, thousands of Yemeni University students urged the President to step down from his thirty years term. The Yemeni protestors want more political freedom and economic reform in their nation. They fear that the President will appoint himself in office for life, which in turn would limit political freedom in Yemen. Government supporters state that the protestors are affecting the country’s stability and the situation could get worse.

Matter Of Opinion (MOO), an Atlanta based website and bipartisan concept, posted a new survey on February 17, 2011. MOO is asking surveyors to post their opinions about the riots in Middle East. Do the protests in Middle East directly affect us? Should autocratic government resign? The purpose of the survey is to gain insight into public opinion and to stimulate productive debate and discussion about the rising revolt. Results will be sent directly to United States Embassy in Algeria and United States Embassy in Yemen.

About Matter Of Opinion (MOO)
Our political system was originally designed to be for the people, by the people. But too often the decision-making process excludes us...the people.  Matter Of Opinion was created to change that.

Matter Of Opinion (MOO) is a new social media survey site that does what most media companies choose not to do. It will deliver your opinions directly to those people involved in the decision-making, so that your voice is heard.  MOO encourages its users to answer simple survey questions on important issues that affect their communities and impact their lives.  MOO utilizes sophisticated technology that allows users to easily share the survey with others MOO'ers (anonymously or registered) and/or embed the survey into Facebook and Twitter accounts as a means to encourage others to share in the discussion.  To become part of MOO, simply visit us at www.matterofopinion.com
