Unlocking potential scheme gives holiday letting firm a web boost

Feb. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Cornwall’s holiday letting specialists, Cornish Cottages is continually developing and growing, since the appointment of a new marketing and communications manager under the Unlocking Cornish Potential (UCP) scheme.

Sharon Sandercock, who has been retained by the business following the end of the UCP program in February this year, has overseen a rebranding and marketing exercise. In addition to the rebranding exercise Sharon has been responsible for a complete website overhaul leading to the expansion of the company’s portfolio of properties and a 97% increase of website traffic.

Last year Cornish Cottages successfully launched their new image by participating in and supporting the local agricultural and craft shows that took place all over the county. With a friendly welcome from seasoned traders and with successful responses from the public, Cornish Cottages plan once again to exhibit at many of the upcoming shows throughout Cornwall in 2011.
