"I had a really nice meal at Old Blinking Light in Town Center Highlands Ranch Saturday Night. I have eaten there three times now and not had the same thing twice. That is rare for me.The Scottish Salmon with Brussels sprouts and mustard sauce was very good. I also recommend the Massa encrusted scallops in lemon broth. Unfortunately the wilted beet greens were a little gritty and not cleaned sufficiently. That was an execution issue that should be corrected but the dish is a winner. For an appetizer, think about having the flash fried avocado with Mexican cream or fire-roasted jalapeño with cheese grits." -Testimonial
