Daniel Gale Sotheby's Promotes Galvin

Feb. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty (DGSIR), one of the nation’s leading realtors, recently announced the promotion of Claudia Galvin to assistant sales manager of its Garden City office.  DGSIR President and CEO Patricia Petersen made the announcement at the organization’s 2011 Annual Manager's Kick Off Meeting late last month.

“Claudia has been a real asset to our sales efforts in Garden City and as a mentor to new and more experienced agents alike,” said Ms. Petersen. As part of her additional responsibilities she will be able to contribute to overall sales and marketing initiatives across the organization.”

Claudia will continue to work closely with SVP and sales manager Dougall Fraser.  “Claudia’s background expertise in marketing, financial sales and travel, and her deep understanding of the Garden City market have always been integral to her success, as well as to the success of her colleagues,” notes Dougall.  “Formalizing her role in the office’s sales efforts will benefit our agents and clients alike.”

A 29-year resident of Garden City, Claudia earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Adelphi University and spent close to 20 years working in a corporate environment.  She is a member of DGSIR’s Gold Circle of Excellence and together with her long time work partner, Fortune Heaney and new addition; Lisa Heaney is part of the top producing team in Garden City.
