A Survivor’s Pocket Guide to Bonnaroo®, will visit western North Carolina to discuss her book, advice about attending the annual four-day music event, and trends in festival innovations.
By: Tara Lynne Groth The book tour kicks off at 6PM on Friday, March 11th at Firestorm Café in downtown Asheville, North Carolina, immediately followed by indie duo Lawrence & Leigh (The Life & Times of SXSW Tour). Firestorm Café is located at 48 Commerce Street. The Park Road Bookstore in Charlotte, located at 4139 Park Road, will host a book discussion on Saturday, March 12th at 11:30AM. Attendees are encouraged to come out and meet others going to The Roo, share their own festival experiences, and learn about other camping music festivals that take place throughout the south. More Dates and Concert Nights “The 2011 lineup was just released and I hear a lot of travel plans are being made,” said Groth. “I’m looking forward to meeting other music lovers and sharing the advice I wish I had.” Groth, a Raleigh-Durham area author, will be announcing more cities and dates soon, which will include stops in Charleston, Boston and New York.
