3&2 Baseball Club of Johnson County Expands T-Ball Program to reach Northeastern Johnson County

The 3&2 Baseball Club of Johnson County is proud to announce the expansion of its pre-school T-ball league offerings to include two fields at the Indian Hills Middle School located at 63rd St. and Mission Road. These two additional fields will allow up to 24 additional teams or more than 240 players the opportunity to play T-Ball near their homes.

“Most of our pre-school T-ball teams are based mainly west of I-35,” 3&2 Executive Director Jeff Chalk said. “We’ve had requests from those who live east of I-35 to provide opportunities closer to home. With these two fields at Indian Hills, we think this will be a very popular option.”

The seven-game 3&2 T-ball season starts May 28 with a registration deadline of April 8. Games are played on Saturdays. Other locations where games are played include Lenexa’s Freedom Fields at 83rd and Monticello, Shawnee’s Stump Park at 47th and Woodland as well as Gum Springs on 67th Street between Quivira and Nieman.

League play begins this April at both the East Complex of nine fields at 87th and just east of Renner road in Lenexa and the Shawnee complex located at K7 highway and 83rd with fifteen fields.

Registration for the pre-school T-ball program is currently underway. For more information for T-Ball contact the 3 & 2 office at 913-888-8055 ext. 1. Or, visit 3&2’s web site at  www.3and2baseball.com .
