Andrew High handles both transactional and litigation matters focused mainly in the area of Pleasure Boating & Yachting. Mr. High has worked on a wide range of Maritime matters including managing vessel closings, drafting new construction contracts and charter agreements, crew agreements, yacht documentation, vessel litigation and arbitration, and reviewing both marine lending documents and marine insurance contracts. Mr. High manages vessel closings for both the Buyer and the Owner, negotiates and drafts new construction contracts, vessel financing agreements, crew agreements and various other maritime contracts. Mr. High also practices maritime litigation and corporate law.
