Fielding hires Randall Shermet as Director of Sales and Marketing

Randy has over 20 years experience in the chemical and plastics industry and holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science (Chemical) degree from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from City University in Seattle, Washington.

Formerly at Arkema Canada Inc., as President and CEO and Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Randy developed and inspired a top notch sales team that maximized results in the Canadian operation.  More recently, Randy was the Director of Membership Development and a valued member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Plastics Industry Association. Randy is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Oakville, and serves on the Board of Directors of Trafalgar Senior Homes Limited.
