Shop Studios New York Turns 10

Feb. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Since its opening Shop Studios has welcomed a variety of celebrities and world leaders such as Barbara Walters, Hilary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Justin Bieber, LaToya Jackson, Faith Hill and Adam Lambert to name a few.

Shop LLC began on 5th Avenue creating Store Window Displays and by the turn of the Millennium Jacques Rosas and Eric Steding could be seen working in store windows such as Escada, YSL, Godiva, La Perla and Elizabeth Arden to name a few more. This even led to designing the major exhibitions, for The Museum at The Fashion Institute of Technology, London Fashion and Italian Style.

The Art Department has become a fashion and fortune 500 favorite when creative direction and art production are needed to be at the absolute best.

Their magical combination of art, space and creative minds has blossomed into amazing multimedia installations for EA games, Sony, MTV, Tony Hawke and countless other brands on Shop Studios main stage and at other venues throughout the City.

When moving onto West 49th Street Rosas and Steding’s first order of business was making the block inhabitable for a higher end clientele. “The street was controlled by drug dealers, hookers and junkies when we opened our doors” says Rosas. They painted over graffiti, planted trees and flowers and with the help of New York City’s Police, Parks and Sanitation Departments they cleaned up this street and welcomed the world and the world came.

The Studios, and its staff, are marking the milestone beginning on February 15th 2011 up until the actual Birthdate, March 01, 2011, by opening the doors, by appointments, for tours and interviews.
