The Story of Bob is about a gentleman who has the opportunity to join one of the oldest and most prestigious companies in his region. His dream was to work for “The Company”. When he got an offer from “The Company”, he was working for a small firm which was a leader in their industry. As you can guess, he took the offer to join “The Company”.
As the story progresses, Bob discovered former employer was way far ahead of “The Company” in the way they conducted business. He shares how his old employer did things and moves his way up the new company’s ladder as the result of his suggestions. The story’s examples are real from ACG working with their clients.
The Story of Bob is a challenge to business leaders to eliminate the manual, mundane and redundant tasks in their organizations. This will allow their employees to concentrate on more important processes and projects.
