Approval of a 30 acre Commercial PUD in Orlando, FL

Feb. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Excel Engineering Consultants, LLC completed the land use amendment of a 30 acre commercial mixed-use PUD which was approved in October, 2010.  The design of the project was completed and permitting of a portion of the project has been initiated.  The project upon its ultimate build-out will consist of approximately 200,000 square feet of commercial space and approximately and 130,000 square feet of industrial space.

The project site is located in unincorporated Orange County Florida, between the Cities of Orlando and Winter Park.  The project is near the intersection of Hanging Moss Road and SR 436 (north Semoran).  Permitting of the first phase is expected to be completed by June, 2011 with construction completed by the end of the year.  The project build-out is expected to take at least 7 years.
