Wurzbacher will discuss a Christian perspective that she has developed over the past 30 years while serving in a variety of leadership roles in a company with a $1.6 billion portfolio.

Her topic is “Bringing Meaning to Your Work,” in which Wurzbacher outlines how faith plays an important role in her work life, from the engaging in routine tasks to making major corporate decisions.

Wurzbacher will also give her perspective on the role of business, which is to advance the economic well being of communities around the world.  Through Coca-Cola’s Global “5 BY 20,” she is helping lead a global commitment to economically empower five million women entrepreneurs by 2020.

The “5 by 20” initiative is creating more jobs and business expertise throughout the company’s sales and distribution system in more than 200 countries.  It is also improving women entrepreneurs’ access to financing, business skills and networks in developing countries.
