Professional and successful real estate agents will always say the detail is important. Yes imagery (the money shot), features and benefits are important to capture the imagination of a potential buyer, but so many products listed, especially on Millionaire Investments have a much larger story to tell, and a story that could create market advantage or the agent.
The program featured a local well-respected estate agent, who like their industry colleagues focused on words that a) are not understood or mislead the consumer, but b) and more importantly, were actually meaningless.
The detail, positives and negatives are what the consumer wants to hear, and not have to find out themselves. A particular property featured on the program was a prime example. The owner had a complete photographic history of the work and renovations they had completed on the property. Using this kind of tool the agent was able to learn more about the product, but also impart that knowledge on to the buyer.
Millionaire Investments have had this attitude since the launch of the site nearly two years ago. The listings on our site enable the agent to upload a brochure and due diligence report around each of their products. As another addition, we write locational reports for regions around the world, and if the agent agrees, this is also uploaded as a Millionaire Investment due diligence report, which in turn helps to give the potential buyer a flavour of the region and a much wider knowledge of the area they wish to buy - good and bad!
At Millionaire Investments we can only hope that the renewed attitudes adopted in the television program are repeated throughout the industry. This way the consumer and media will have more faith in the real estate industry, but also that important word 'trust'. Consumers need to trust the industry professionals to deliver succinct, detailed information consistently, and we for one hope this is the beginning of a new attitude towards consumers.
