February 7, 2011 – Irvine, Calif.- Irvine BMW is excited to announce the dealership will be donating money and participating in the RockWater Relay event that will benefit the Surfrider Foundation in March.
This is Irvine BMW’s second year participating in the event, which raises money for the Newport Beach chapter of the Surfrider Foundation. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, March 19.
“We’re excited to be involved with such a great organization and event,” said Seven Rudkin, General Manger of Irvine BMW. “Last year’s event was successful in raising money for the foundation, which ---,” he said.
The 4th Annual RockWater Relay will cover 28.9 miles starting at head of the Santa Ana River trail at the border of Orange and Riverside Counties and finish at the Santa Ana River mouth in Huntington Beach CA.
The Surfrider Foundation is a non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of our world’s oceans, waves and beaches.
