Ed Mayuga, AMM Communications, Presented at Feb. 8 ASID-MOE Chapter Meeting

Feb. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- February 9, 2011 (St. Louis) – Ed Mayuga, principal at AMM Communications, the St. Louis-based public relations firm, presented, “Social Media Marketing for the Interior Design Solo Entrepreneur” at the  American Society of Interior Designers – Missouri East Chapter (ASID  - MOE) February 8 meeting.

ASID is a community of people-designers, industry representatives, educators and students- committed to interior design. Through education, knowledge sharing, advocacy, community building and outreach, the Society strives to advance the interior design profession and, in the process, to demonstrate and celebrate the power of design to positively change people's lives. Mayuga discussed how social media is an important component of any marketing plan, especially for solo practitioners and small businesses to better target their message and illustrate their expertise to their ideal clients. He explained how social media tools can help build an online presence, gain the attention of current and prospective clients, and how to implement a campaign that is doable and can have an impact.
