Peoria’s Blu Agave Arizona Kitchen Offers Special Valentine’s Day Meal

Feb. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Peoria, AZ, February 09, 2011 -- Blu Agave Arizona Kitchen is offering a memorable Valentine’s Day meal for Valley couples, with select cuisine from Chef Charles Schwerd’s menu and a very special price – only $55 per couple.

Can’t make it on Valentine’s Day? Not a problem since the Valentine’s Day menu will actually be available all weekend, Feb. 12-14, from 4 to 10 p.m.

The three-course dinner begins with your choice of two salads: small Caesar, Macho or Seven-Layer. Couples then get to pick two entrees from the Valentine’s Day menu: Argentinian Gaucho Steak, Sarsaparilla Braised Beef Short Rib, Agave Glazed Atlantic Salmon, Red Chile Black Cod and New Mexico Style Staked Green Chile Enchiladas.

For dessert, each couple will receive either a crème brulee or dessert shots for two with chocolate-covered strawberries.

“Valentine’s Day is a special day and we want to help Valley couples treat themselves this year without breaking the bank,” said Managing Partner Christina Ricke said of the $55 per couple dinner. “And without a doubt, a great compliment to the dinner will be our Love Potion No. 9 martini, made with Absolut Brooklyn Vodka.”
