RedZone on the Rise- Expansion to Maryland

Feb. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- On February 1, 2011, Mr. Gene-Christian Baca, former manager of RedZone's office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; expanded to Rockville, Maryland. This city right outside of Baltimore opened its doors to seven of RedZone's top performers on the Intuit campaign.

This is one of the fastest market turnovers that Redzone has seen in the past six years. Gene-Christian Baca opened up the Baton Rouge market for the first time in October of 2009. Gene Baca exceeded expectations when he managed to settle into a new territory, hit client targets, promote a new Branch Manager to oversee the Louisiana market, prepare an expansion team, and relocate to Maryland in just over two years.

When asked what factors contributed to Mr. Baca's rapid success, without hesitation he replied "accountability and commitment to our goals as a team; and then of course having the self discipline to follow through. Too often people set goals without having the level of commitment there to see them through. We saw an opportunity and we just kept knocking on that same door until it opened"

Now that Gene Christian and the team are settled into the new office space, his foot is still on the gas. Mr. Baca shared with us that he has huge goals and expectations for the team in 2011. According to Gene-Christian the "team will continue to expand together and meet the targets and the demands of their client [Intuit] and by doing so they will inevitably expand into two new markets in the U.S, not only through Intuit but through representing other Fortune 500 clients as well".

It goes without question that Gene-Christian Baca is a huge asset to the RedZone International organization, with plans to rank number one in the country in Rockville as he has in Baton Rouge, the pacesetter also plans on expanding into Charlotte, North Carolina and Philadelphia, PA within the next year. When asked if those were realistic goals to achieve in such a short period of time, Mr. Baca replies that "momentum is definitely not easy to build up but once you have it- it's your best friend."
