Feb. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Research and Investigation of the Paranormal (R.I.P.), a diverse group of ghost hunters based in the nation’s capitol, has released a new episode in their exciting Web TV paranormal series, “The R.I.P. Files.” The latest episode, “The R.I.P. Files: St. Albans” is now available for on demand viewing via Mingle Media TV Network (http://www.minglemediatv.com/RIPFiles.html).

“The R.I.P. Files:  St. Albans” features an investigation at an abandoned psychiatric hospital in Radford, VA.   Join the ghost hunters as they capture great EVPs and have chilling personal experiences.  In a different kind of EVP, one ghostly resident even manages to proposition a female investigator.  Information received during the Spirit Circle reveals that over 100 spirits still call St. Albans home.  Paranormal activity exists throughout this large complex and several witnesses attest to the ghostly happenings when they tell their stories in their own words.

“St. Albans is amazing!” R.I.P. President Patricia Marin stated.  “It definitely has paranormal activity.  The place is so huge that it’s like a maze and each direction leads to another fascinating and haunted area. Most of the EVPs that we caught are answers to our questions or comments on our activities, so it’s obvious that the spirits of St. Albans were paying close attention to us while we were there.”

R.I.P. was founded and is still led by two women, Patricia Marin and Lisa Linden.  Although they’ve had many paranormal experiences, R.I.P. team members consider themselves skeptics who always look for logical explanations first. “We discovered a great example of induced RF at St. Albans, too.” explained Lisa Linden, R.I.P. Co-Founder.  “It certainly doesn’t account for the EVPs we captured, but it demonstrates how this type of noise contamination can and does happen at times. It’s something that all paranormal investigators need to know.”

New episodes of “The R.I.P. Files” will be released monthly throughout 2011. Look for “The R.I.P. Files: The Byrd Theatre” coming in early March.  All episodes of this hot new series are available as on demand video on Mingle Media TV Network here:  http://www.minglemediatv.com/RIPFiles.html.
