These questions can be escalated to staff team or advisors to follow up. Responses will be sent via email so a personal record can be kept of support given and advice received.
Importantly, they can comment on and rate information providing valuable 360° feedback. They can also provide ideas for improved service delivery. Using Facebook in this way also transforms people who use services into promoters as they can share experiences.
