Festa Parties Leads Team at CHICAGO Dance Marathon

Feb. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Festa Parties, Chicago's Premier Party Production company, will be leading a Team at next month's 2nd Annual CHICAGO Dance Marathon (CDM) charity event. Festa Parties, well-known for its insanely popular "Twelve Bars of Xmas - TBOX " Pub Crawl, is a Bronze Sponsor for the charity event which will be held Saturday, March 19, 2011 at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Chicago. Festa Parties made a donation to CDM in conjunction with TBOX, which occurred on Saturday, December 11, 2010. TBOX took Chicago's Wrigleyville neighborhood by storm and drew in over 10,000 participants. CDM Volunteers served as Bar Hosts at each of the 37 participating establishments surrounding the iconic Wrigley Field. CDM is a not-for-profit group that raises money for Children’s Memorial Hospital by challenging participants to remain on their feet for 13.1 hours - no sitting down, no resting, and no Twitter updating! Participants enjoy high energy entertainment, music, and prizes along with meeting the families and children from the hospital.  Christopher Festa, Owner and Founder of Festa Parties, recently announced that he will be leading a team at Dance Marathon this year. Festa Parties will be making an additional donation to CDM before the March 19th event. Members from CDM will also be in attendance at BeadQuest, Festa's 3rd Annual Mardi Gras themed Pub Crawl, on Saturday, February 19th, 2011, also in Wrigleyville. They'll be ready to field any questions regarding Children's Memorial and what Dance Marathon is all about. Due to the success of TBOX2010, Festa Parties expects this year's BeadQuest event to be extremely successful, as there is already a buzz generating through Wrigleyville in anticipation of the February 'crawl. BeadQuest starts at Murphy's Bleachers at 2pm and participants travel to 13 bars, collecting and competing for numbered beads throughout the day.
