Feb. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- City of Industry, CA—Larry Kliger, president of Lawrence Allen & Associates leased 17,686 square-feet of warehouse and distribution space located in the City of Industry as a representative of Currier Road Development (Landlord) and Nicole Zachanelli and Mike Fowler of Jones Lang. LaSalle represented the Lessee Kasa Automotive in the lease of a-17,686 square-foot portion of a larger 59,353 square-foot industrial building located at 20819 Currier Rd #100, in the City of Industry.

The unit has two dock-high and one ground-level loading doors. With closing of the deal, Kasa entered into a three-year lease.
