Feb. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- Saturday 29th January 2011 was not like any other Saturday for 10 fabulous and courageous women who enjoyed being pampered and styled like models. 3 Colours Rule the style consultancy helping both men and women to become more confident put on a magnificent fashion show with a twist. The Style me Happy Fashion show was a first for the company and not like any other fashion show, it allowed real women to walk with confidence down the catwalk along side professional models. Some guests couldn’t differentiate the real women from the professional models. The evening was also put together to raise funds for NSPCC, and thousands of pounds were raised for the charity.

The real women are an inspiration to all and a testimony that with all the struggles one goes through you can still achieve your dreams. 3 Colours Rule put this show on for these women to praise them for their courage and achievements to show the world how beautiful they all are.

The day started off with hair and make up by Burlingtons & New ID Cosmetics, the women were them given a practice catwalk session with 3 Colours Rule Founder and Stylist Flavilla Fongong. With all the preparations completed by Flavilla and her team the doors were opened and the show began. The audience was welcomed with a 3 Colours Rule cotton goodie bag containing a Divascribe magazine, Celestial Spa Authentic finest products, DermHA cosmetic products, Sweet Marie’s amazing velvet cupcakes, B-tempted mouth-watering gluten free cake, Stunnz designed T-shirts, Mbeke Couture handmade African wallet, and special offers from Carly Wilford pole dancing class, Mint Velvet. The indulgent cake also made us a fabulous catwalk cake. The show started with a performance from the fabulous Kele le Roc, then rising star Ashleigh Ashley sang whilst the models took to the catwalk wearing clothes designed by Anna Burachevskaya and Fabryan. There was a lot going on throughout the night, an auction (all the proceeds going to NSPCC) saw 5 single women win a dinner date with one of 5 handsome men.

Jon Paul Palombo who entertained the crowd with his band said “The show was fun, amazing and beautiful from beginning to end it was non stop; I loved every minute of it and would love to be part of something like this again”.

The Style me Happy Fashion Show was a different and enjoyable night out for friends who wanted a night out doing something different. Doutimi Aseh heard about the show through friends and said “I didn’t really know what to expect from the show beforehand, all the little twists was a pleasant surprise especially the auction; it was quite funny seeing women bid for the guys. I had a really good night and can not wait until the next one”.

All services and products were donated especially for the show from the clothes the models/women wore to the photos being taken. For 3 colours rule the show was more than fashion, it was about celebrating these 10 beautiful women and bringing the community together. All the products and services were donated by companies and individuals who wanted to be part of this celebration. Photos were taken by a number of photographers including Okito Gonzales and Matthew Pearl; cakes were donated by b-tempted, Sweet Marie's and The Indulgent Cake. Clothes were donated by individuals and designers. The DJ and singers all donated their time.
3 Colours Rule would like to thank everyone who supported this event in one way or another. See you at the next event!
