Feb. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- Fuxing Zou, Vice General Manager of Shaanxi Heavy-duty Automobile (Beijing, China), Sergey Chadaev, President of Marcon International Trading, Inc. (Kenmore, WA) and Dr. Vladimir Biryukov, Chief Expert of Billioninvest Corporation (Bushkill, PA)are visiting CONEXPO-CON/AGG and IFPE 2011.  Their meeting is taking place March 22-26, 2011 in Las Vegas, USA. This is the major international gathering place in 2011 for the construction, mining and heavy transportation equipment and machinery industries.

Sergey Chadaev, Fuxing Zou and Dr. Vladimir Biryukov will discuss the production and marketing of hardware and machinery.  Besides construction and mining equipment, the goal is to design new generation equipment for vehicle service industry.  The overall goal of this joint venture is to come up with a cost effective business model for global technology transfer and components/service localization.  Specifically, this team seeks to integrate US made cutting-edge tools used for construction, with infrastructure development needs in Russia, as well as investment and production capacity of China.

Shaanxi Heavy-duty Automobile is a production facility that supplies capital equipment. Marcon International Trading, Inc. and its Russian affiliate InterMax LLC (Vladivostok, Russia) are recognized leaders in automotive components and equipment parts distribution within Far Eastern regions of Russia.  Billioninvest is their strategic industrial marketing partner specializing in Russian infrastructure projects.  These companies are determined to unite efforts in taking their business a step up.

There is a consolidated interest in innovations in crane and rigging industries.  To this end, the visitors plan to attend the Crane and Rigging Conference staged by Maximum Capacity Media LLC. CRC.  This is the leading independent conference for the crane and rigging industry which is partly setup as an interactive forum where crane suppliers can debate the real-world dynamics of working with this equipment.

The collaborators' long term plan is also to supply drilling and mining contractors worldwide.  Placing the headquarters of this project in the United States, at the "heart" of world-class technology, the venture will be able to guarantee quality products and the highest possible customer service levels.

Currently, Russian partners use equipment produced in China. The quality, safety standards, as well as durability of Chinese manufactured tools require modernization to withstand harsh topography and climate of such sections of the Russian Far East as Saha Republic which is covered by frozen soils being 80% above polar circle.  Therefore, the partnering companies are looking at American made mobile drilling technologies.  These are frame truck, chassis mounted rigs, with anywhere from five to seven axels.  They can be set up in any accessible location, even when heavy equipment is needed to carve out a new site.

The rig is erected on site in the upright position by a hydraulic mechanism.  This procedure involves lifting and fixing the drilling mast in a vertical position, installing the accessory mechanisms, braking, pneumatic and electrical controls, etc. Drilling derricks of U.S. made systems are equipped with side tracking and offshoot drilling applications, enabling the user to get the greatest possible flow from a single bore hole.

Moreover, auxiliary equipment is available which can be used for a wide range of applications, including remote control devices which allow drilling rig operations to control the boring process from a distance and effectively monitor the pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems in real time.  An operator can use these to instantly detect possible obstructions during the drilling process.

All sites and drilling equipment will be supported by skilled operators, regionally based technical staff and logistical support in getting the rigs to the site and setting them up.  The rigs have their own self-contained electrical power source, distributed by two diesel motor generators.   A constant and independent source of electricity has to be supplied which presents a certain challenge for the project participants since some Russian drilling sites lack adequate engineering facilities and skills to support required operating levels.

Therefore, an international team of professionals will be setup to deal with the range of challenges facing remote drilling sites, including the provision of portable housing and medical care for drilling crews, and these elements will be supplied as part of projects undertaken by these companies.

Specialized transport equipment purchased in the United States will be shipped to Russia and used at drilling and construction sites.  Technical support and personnel training practices will be enhanced at sales outlets and service centers in Kamchatka and Vladivostok.
