Rakoczynski Expands Barton & Loguidice Environmental Services in Western New York

Feb. 3, 2011 - PRLog -- BUFFALO, NY – Randolph W. Rakoczynski, P.E., joins Barton & Loguidice, P.C. as a Senior Project Engineer in the firm’s Environmental Group.  Rakoczynski will be splitting his time between the firm’s Rochester office and the Buffalo area, where he will be marketing the firm’s environmental services to public and private sector clients throughout the greater Western New York region.

Rakoczynski has more than 35 years of Western New York-based experience in environmental regulatory compliance, waste treatment and disposal, design and permitting, hazardous materials/hazardous substance storage tank and transfer design, health and safety consulting, and employee regulatory training. He was president of Waste Resources Associates, Inc. of Niagara Falls, and served as plant manager at the nation's first commercial hazardous waste facility, located in the Lewiston area.

A graduate of the University of Rochester and SUNY Buffalo, Rakoczynski holds three U.S. patents for landfill design and groundwater remediation systems and belongs to various area organizations, including serving as past chair of the Niagara Frontier Section of the Air & Waste Management Association.

In addition to environmental remediation and compliance, Barton & Loguidice specializes in transportation, solid waste, land planning and site design, water/wastewater, and facilities engineering.
