• prepare a communication strategy for reaching them in a way that will lead to action.
Furthermore, because sound food security policies play such a crucial role in eliminating hunger, an entire unit of the course focuses on communicating with policy makers. It provides concrete guidance on how to inform and influence policy makers’ decisions. The course also gives guidelines for dealing with the media which plays a crucial role in influencing policy makers.
