Michele Schuemann joins CPUAA as Director of Customer Support

Feb. 2, 2011 - PRLog -- Michele Schuemann joins Contract Postal Unit Association of America (CPUAA) as the new Director of Customer Support.  

Michele, recently retired from the US Postal Service, has 35 years of Postal experience and knowledge that will benefit all of the members. She has worked with Contract Postal Unit (CPU) contracts since 1993 and has a working knowledge of the unique requirements for all three types of CPU's; CARS, Performance-Based, and Firm-Fixed. She was a member of the National CPU Training team for 8 years until she retired. Michele has trained over 400 Postal employees on CPU's from inception to contract termination.  She is on a first-name basis with the Postal Area Retail Managers and all of the District Retail Specialists nationwide.

The founders of CPUAA, Lee Adams and Barry Diamond, are thrilled to have Michele as part of the Association.
