George Sergio takes the financial helm at McNeill Designs for Brighter Minds

Toy and game development firm McNeill Designs for Brighter Minds recently announced the addition of George Sergio to the team. Sergio will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer for the firm.

He has over 30 years of senior level experience, including thirteen years as a partner, in national accounting firms and twelve years as CFO of a fine paper distributor with domestic and international operations and with sales growing from $500 million to $1 billion.  Sergio is also accomplished in designing and implementing day-to-day solutions and strategic planning in highly competitive industries during periods of both business expansion and contraction.

In addition, Sergio has expertise in corporate finance, cash management, SEC reporting and compliance, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructuring, corporate liquidation and bankruptcy. His diverse industry experience includes distribution, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, engineering, and business services.

For the new deck McNeill Designs signed a Space Act Agreement with The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA and produced the new deck in conjunction with NASA’s Education Department. Together, the two chose words that reflected the rich history and future of NASA and space exploration. As an added learning tool, word definitions, individuals’ bios, and term definitions can now be found on the NASA websites, so that children and parents can learn about space exploration and NASA together.
