Analyst Job Description:

Analysts at Red Ventures will work with our sales, marketing and operations teams on a variety of high visibility initiatives to increase the effectiveness of our marketing and sales operations and enhance profitability for Red Ventures.  The Analyst will identify, execute and evaluate multiple test and learn initiatives in addition to building complex mathematical models, analyzing data to find opportunities for improvement and collaborating with our executive management team.  This position offers a great way to learn our business, have high visibility, immediate and profound impact, and upon success segue into many different jobs within the company.

Analyst Experience:

-Bachelors degree from a top tier school in analytically-oriented major (engineering, finance, economics, etc.) with GPA of 3.4 +
-2 + years of relavent work or internship experience
-Analytical Thinker with excellent quantative and superior problem solving skills
-Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, design and improve programs and operations
-Detail-Oriented and comfortable with a fast paced, high pressure environment
-Advanced Excel knowledge to include pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros
-Clear understanding of ROI analysis
-Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral written communication
