Some deep breathing and one or two of hits on my skull (my Italian upbringing got in helpful), typically placed me back in control. This all... "How will I resolve it? How can I stop this? How can I make the condition better?...was closing my feelings down. I was detaching with the very core of me which is woman...my center.
So at this point, I had to determine why I kept disconnecting from my emotions. (I do know, it seems like I have a real problem).
During my attempt, I understood a way to connect with my feminine part more profoundly
I've spent quite a while learning masculine and feminine forces and realising the sense of each.
Let´s begin by defining both ideas...firstly, male energy:
It´s the element where power, focus, self-control and direction looms from. It is purpose and result oriented - continually searching for the best means to complete the result necessitated. Masculine energy schemes, organizes, dominates and takes charge of any circumstances to stimulate victory.
Now let's concentrate on feminine energy:
This force is passionate, free, a life force and produces space for feelings and emotions to be vivid. The feminine essence is a state motivator that savours revealing the senses. It's made to come to life by sound, color, taste, smell, touch and intuition because it longs to experience love through all things and everyone.
Alright...so you now have a brief clarification of each.
Have you observed how living in a surrounding where pursuing time limits and achieving goals has made us lose touch of our state of "being" and "sensation"? We are so occupied scheming with our thoughts that we are inclined to disregard our emotions, our senses, and our systems. We are walking about practically not connected!
Fortunately, some of us learn yoga courses, dance lessons and cooking lessons. Or we learn playing an instrument...anything to take us back into what our core being needs to experience being nourished...treasured.
What exactly is meant by the word love?
Our system and our center long to be loved. Deep within us we desire to be acknowledged for who we are, stripped away from the suits we put on to embody our professional and authoritative existence.
Beneath each suit, lives a woman...a real woman who cherishes every aspect of her body, thoughts, emotions and essence. The woman is susceptible and longs to feel secure enough to submit to the love of a man without worry that he will be scared by a woman crying in front of him.
We have turned out to be ambition- obsessed women who can complete any goal we pursue, yet could have neglected that our womanly essence longs to be cared for.
So, how can we do this?
We revel our reason for being!
I've realised using your feminine essence, body language and tenderness to encourage and lure a man to be in touch with his center and yours while appreciating the significance of your own wants, and being in harmony with your reason for being.
Therefore, entice and invite, and keep your needs in the forefront of your mind and chop his balls off with Passion once he fails to act accordingly.
Seems brutal?
Not exactly. Realise this isn't a call to nag a man because you will likely revolt him and it's not a call to avoid telling what you long for because he won´t acknowledge your worth. It is a call to spring from a place of gentleness (because everybody is trying to do their best) and to fight for your ideals.
So how does all this relate to sensuality and body gestures?
EVERY LITTLE THING!
This guided me understand that me as a woman is more than just teasing or flirting with a man...I'm guiding him to his core. Most men find this really challenging...it is not an aspect of the masculine force. And what makes a woman beautiful and pleasing is her capability to guide a man to his core, his heart initially through her body gestures and most especially through her kindness.
This has provided me a revitalized awareness of purpose...guiding from my female energy!
