Have you ever been stupefied with all the specifics being handed to you that you end up being stuck for fear of doing a bad move? Undoubtedly, I sure did...tons of situations! The moment I affirmed to myself to question my life, was the moment I understood the importance of the term obligation. I can recall learning lots of information on every issue and after that feeling doubtful to make an action, scared to take a decision thinking it might be the bad one. I felt as if I could not use ignorance as a reason any more...depressing!
Some profound breathing and one or a couple of of hits on my skull, "How will I fix it? How can I stop this? How can I make the scenario better?...was shutting my feelings down. I was disconnecting with the very essence of me as a woman...my heart.
So at this point, I had to work out why I kept disconnecting from my emotions. (I realise, it seems like I have a real issue).
During my attempt, I understood a means to be in touch with my feminine side more profoundly.
I've spent quite a while studying masculine and feminine forces and understanding the sense of each.
Let´s start by defining both principles...firstly, male energy:
It´s the element where strength, focus, self-control and direction emerges from. It is purpose and result oriented - always looking for the best means to finish the result necessitated. Manly energy schemes, organizes, dominates and takes charge of any circumstances to stimulate triumph.
Now let's focus on female energy:
This force is passionate, free, a life force and produces space for feelings and emotions to be vivid. The female essence is a state motivator that savours uncovering the senses. It's made to come to life by sound, color, taste, smell, touch and intuition because it longs to experience passion through all things and everyone.
Alright...so you now have a brief description of each.
Have you observed how living in a surrounding where pursuing time limits and achieving ambitions has made us lose the feel of our state of "being" and "sensation"? We are so occupied scheming with our thoughts that we are inclined to disregard our emotions, our senses, and our systems. We are walking around practically not connected!
Luckily, some of us learn yoga courses, dance lessons and cooking lessons. Or we learn playing an instrument...anything to take us back into what our core being longs for to experience being nourished...cherished.
What is meant by the term love?
Our body and our center long to be cherished. Deep within us we desire to be known for who we are, far from the suits we wear to embody our professional and authoritative existence.
Under each suit, lives a woman...a sensual woman who cherishes every aspect of her body, thoughts, feelings and essence. The woman is weak and longs to feel secured enough to submit to the love of a man without worry that he will be scared by a woman crying in front of him.
We have turned into ambition- obsessed women who can attain any goal we follow, yet could have neglected that our feminine essence longs to be cared for.
So, how can we do this?
We revel our reason for being!
I've realised using your feminine essence, body language and tenderness to encourage and entice a man to be in touch with his center and yours while appreciating the significance of your own wants, and being in harmony with your reason for being.
Therefore, attract and invite, and keep your needs in the forefront of your mind and hack his balls off with Passion once he fails to act accordingly.
Seems brutal?
Not exactly. Realise this isn't a call to nag a man because you'll likely revolt him and it's not a call to avoid telling what you long for because he won´t recognize your value. It is a call to come from a seat of gentleness (because everybody is trying to do their best) and to fight for your ideals.
So how does all this relate to sensuality and body language?
EVERY LITTLE THING!
This guided my understand that I as a woman is more than just teasing or flirting with a man...I'm guiding him to his core. Most men find this really challenging...it is not an aspect of the masculine force. And what makes a woman attractive and pleasing is her capability to guide a man to his center, his heart firstly through her body gestures and most especially through her kindness.
This has offered me a revitalized awareness of purpose...leading from my feminine energy!
This is the reason why body gestures and sensuality is immensely crucial to learn. It made me realise how being in my body guides me to be in harmony with my feminine essence.
