Modena two-jug coffee percolator from EasyEquipment

Jan. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Pubs and other outlets that cannot justify the expense of a £1000-plus espresso machine are the targets of the Modena TCM1 two-jug percolating coffee maker, which can brew 12 cups of coffee in six minutes and dispense 120 cups an hour.

It is easy to site because it does not need to be plumbed in (as it is filled with water manually) and simply plugs into a 13A socket. The machine heats a small amount of water and pumps it through a spray head into the brew basket.

It uses two heat pads, one under the coffee dispense head and the second on top of the machine, to give a continuous supply of hot ground coffee from the unbreakable jugs.

The coffee maker - model TCM1, measuring 440mm x 220mm x 350mm, has a microprocessor which signals the end of the brewing process.
