Supported by very experienced oilfield chemists, 365 days per year, the Operations Support Service is designed to be preventative rather than prescriptive and contains annual offshore inspections supported by regular documentation reviews and updates providing complete transparency to the operator.

By producing documentation in a hierarchical manner, Tricyclic produce economies of scale both in the initial production of the manuals as well as in the update phase. Using this methodology legislation changes can be incorporated at the highest level and asset specific issues dealt with further down.

In addition, this service encompasses all relevant personnel being enrolled into Tricyclic’s SQA Competency Assessment Programme which is a three tiered, externally approved, programme for offshore chemists and operators. The competency assessment is performed in the field and guarantees that all individuals at whatever level are trained & certified to perform their tasks in a competent manner.

Finally the service provides access to laboratory specialists onshore for review meetings and project management reviews.
