The service sets out to assist customers who are either having or have had a negative experience with their website design company.
When interviewed for this article, International Sales Director Tom Alilovic stated “Our company soft launched the service a month ago to gauge feedback after our office started receiving over a dozen calls a day from people in distress”.
Tom went on to say “some of these customers had quotes blow out to more than 10 times the original price, others had timeframes that kept on extending sometimes 2 – 3 months past the original estimate”.
Website Design Sydney takes the customers details and advises them on some options. “Quite often it is easier to recover the project than the customer might think, it all comes down to dealing with the right web design firm. My team can take a customer’s brief, and design, develop and produce a website within 24-48 hrs most of the time.”
When asked about customer numbers “We get about 30-50 calls a day – most customers we can help” Tom recommends trying to discuss their options first with the current provider though a lot of the time this just doesn’t work and for whatever reason the relationship has soured and its time to move on. “In this instance its best to deal with a firm like ours – experienced in this kind of problem to get you back on track and online.”
I asked Tom about further plans for Website Design Sydney “At this stage we are in development for a range of projects planned for launch in 2011 however I cannot divulge”.
