How lean is your office?

The Process Excellence Network has united a group of top lean professionals in a quest to find out how they stack up against the leanest offices in Europe. Following months of industry research, the project will culminate in the inaugural Lean Office meeting running in the City of London between the 21st and 23rd of March this year.

The group will host the first ever meeting focussing solely on applying lean to service and transactional processes in order to help practitioners achieve greater operational efficiency. Attendees will benchmark with a wide variety of other national and global scale organisations to discover who really is the leanest of them all.

Heads of Lean programmes from companies including Deutsche Bank, GKN and Nike are among those looking at issues from organisational realignment and sustainable cultural change through to removing the stumbling blocks such as process visibility and definitive value-add measurements.
