Ingenico Selects Metrix to Automate Global Service Operations

Headquartered in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, Ingenico plans to leverage a single global service system, supporting over 15 million electronic payment terminals across 125 countries, by rapidly rolling out Metrix to each region leveraging a common global template.  

All facets of the Metrix 5 Service Management suite are in scope for the project. This includes orders management, returns management, field service management, scheduling and dispatch, product management, customer management, field repair, bench repair, technician/subcontractor/customer portals, contract administration, warranty management and service billing.

The worldwide service system will give Ingenico greater visibility to repair data, increase reliability across its service processes and significantly lower operational costs while improving service to their customers. Integration to the company’s SAP ERP system will help improve operational efficiency.
