What our Logo Represents

Examining why we chose our brand and styling after a conversation with a new client.

Jan. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- I was speaking to a potential client yesterday and we got on to the subject of brand / marketing / corporate identity.

The question arose: “What does your logo represent?”

I stopped for a moment. It wasn’t that I could not answer, quite the opposite in fact. The delay in my answer was due to the epiphany I had at that moment. I passionately believe in the brand / corporate image I have created. I am very proud of it, yet I have failed to share with potential client what it means to us and should mean to them.

The conversation that followed gave me the chance to crystallise my thoughts and present the answer to not only present our offering to future clients in a different way but also to help others discover what they need to do in order to be identified against the 3000 marketing messages we all get each day.

Our symbol (adjusted for copyright purposes) is to represent a hard working and motivated person earning their wage for that day. Why? Because we are in the temporary labour supply market and we only want those representing us to earn their money, not just turn up.

I went further to explain that if some of our competitors had similar ideas, their logo would be of someone sitting on a pallet smoking a cigarette! – Which is the image most business owners have of the temporary worker!

Because Temp Network has a unique eight step approach to consistently vet every candidate, we know that we recruit the best people in the market. Our method ensures punctuality, tests for motivation and allows us to determine where a candidate would be best suited.

This avoids the usual square pegs in round holes scenario common with many other recruitment agencies out there.

So by matching the right person to the right job, we achieve a win/win for clients and workers. The client gets a productive temp and the temp in turn gets an assignment they can complete and earn from.

So when you are looking at staffing levels, how to cope with holidays or periods of long term sickness and those nice spikes in your business, think of us. We would be happy to see if we can help.
