Jan. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Self Rejuvenation Center Director Claire Power Murphy Promotes Natural Living

When it comes to healing knowing how to help oneself is essential. “…physician heal thyself…”Luke 4:23KJV
“It will be very great when humanity is improving every single year of their lives provided they follow the exact directions of living within “the Laws of  Nature” states Claire Power Murphy.

Claire Power Murphy’s story, as shared in her multi “award-winning” autobiography, Preserved to Serve, exemplifies that a high level of natural living can make a major constructive difference
in our lives. Claire grappled with health issues from an early age. Her situation compelled her to learn how to help herself through natural means. While she was learning ways to help herself her family was also sick.  Claire, along with her family, finally achieved physical and emotional healing by changing their diet and harnessing the powers of nature through an emphasis on ease of circulation through pure and balanced blood chemistry. Claire’s life has been one of research and she has never taught anything that she hasn’t learned from personal experience.

As her family showed signs of improvement Claire began to branch out and help others on a voluntary basis.
Ms. Murphy’s harrowing battles with the legal and medical professions compelled her to write Preserved to Serve, which chronicles her evolvement from a child addicted to junk food,
to a carnivorous teacher, to a vegetarian wife,  to a juicer mom, to a balanced juicer mom and finally to a fruitarian author. Her crowning achievements came in helping her children;
Claire’s son was helped to overcome hyperactivity and retardation while her low birth weight high-risk intensive care daughter not only overcame the symptoms of cerebral palsy but also
went on to improve every year to earning by age eighteen a brown belt in karate and a scholarship in Engineering Physics!

Ms. Murphy has custom-created simple yet effective recipes that can help people achieve equilibrium. Her approach is based on the tenet that humans are formed of the earth which has 12 basic minerals that are supposed to be in balance. Due to overuse of soil through farming, this delicate balance has become unhinged. Ms. Murphy offers a solution: a delicious, progressive lifestyle, where clients can reduce health expenditures while achieving maximum results. The best results for participants are obtained when they present blood test results for analysis and recommendations for their individual chemistry.
The greatest impact is made with young people the special for children at www.selfrej.com consists of specific recommendations for each month and then year of a child’s life.

Ms. Murphy provides instruction in health renewal beyond cure, basic applications, grief counseling and recipes. She will also guide parents through feeding their children from birth which includes ongoing support throughout the course of becoming accustomed to advanced natural living levels.
The heart of Ms. Murphy’s organization is to encourage cellular regeneration through The Eight Laws of Health:
balanced nutrition, exercise, water, sunshine, temperance, air, rest and trust in God.
If you wish to have your health improve every year, she will advise you in ways to balance your blood chemistry.
The writer and educators work has given her the opportunity to share the message of resilience and that in the midst of adversity, success may be achieved!
Claire has now become a shining beacon of hope.
What sets Ms. Murphy apart from others is her ability to identify with people’s suffering and struggles because, in most cases, she feels she has been there herself. There’s a compassionate link”, she states, “so they receive psychological support in addition to physical”. Clients are drawn to her resiliency, enthusiasm, strength and courage.
Claire concludes that our health, morality, integrity, and relationships can improve once we gain knowledge and incorporate “The Laws of Nature” into our lifestyle.

Claire earned a Sixth Year Certificate in Administration and Supervision from Richmond College of The City University of New York which entitles her to administer in the public school system of New York State. During her abundant teaching career she developed a program entitled, “Expanding Horizons” which was introduced to all third grade teachers on Staten Island.
The program also won a grant from The American Cancer Society and went on to be shared at The Greater Metropolitan Social Studies Conference and then at The Middle Atlantic States Social Studies Conference.

Paralleling Claire’s daughter’s experiences 30 years ago, an analysis of Claire’s blood chemistry results offers clear indication that man’s dietary causes deterioration and nature’s bounty sources regenerative powers. Hence, the obvious conclusion: The life is in the blood. Preserved to Serve illuminates the path!

Ms. Murphy is seeking readers of Preserved to Serve who are seeking answers for health along with donations and investors who see the fantastic potential for all humans available through
The Self Rejuvenation Center which is a Greater Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce sanctioned facility.
Claire is also seeking readers of her Contributing Editor articles which appear every Sunday at www.womensradio.com
Claire is also available for motivational speaking engagements.

Senior Citizen Claire’s numerous associations and impressive list of awards may be viewed at www.selfrej.com.
