As a result of the transaction, Matthew Krudop will assume the CEO role with direct responsibility for overall Business and Technical Strategy, Client Management and Business Development. Matt Caston will join the firm as a Managing Partner and COO supporting the CEO and overseeing the Financial, Marketing and Sales Operations of the firm. Terms of the deal were not disclosed but the substantial investment provides Decisive BI with added financial and operational strength to expand its existing ManagedBI℠ service, hire additional engineering resources and accelerate sales and marketing efforts.
