Jan. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- Home Care Connection and Hospice has promoted Mrs. Ashley (Jones) Bock to the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Home Care Connection and Hospice, one of the leading home health care and hospice service providers in Carlsbad, New Mexico, originally hired Bock as the Marketing Director in 2008. Since that time, her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication were instrumental in the company’s expansion with the newly opened location in Artesia, NM. “I want to make sure that we provide the best patient care,” Bock said, “and make sure our employees are happy and fulfilled.”

Bock is heavily involved with several community and civic organizations including seats on the Carlsbad Retirement Council and Young Business League, and prominent member of the Carlsbad Health Council and an Ambassador for the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce.

In December of 2010, Mrs. Brenda Jones stepped down as CEO and remains Chairman of the Board and heads the company’s Quality Assurance efforts.

In 2010, the Home Care Connection and Hospice also welcomed key members of their healthcare family: Chief Financial Officer Mr. Chris Jones, an MBA graduate of Southern Methodist University, and Ms. Lori Elyasevich Director of Therapies, who brings years of experience when she worked at Carlsbad Medical Center, a Community Health System (CHS) facility. Elyasevich is a Physical Therapist and a Masters in Health Care Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.

“The Home Care Connection and Hospice employs nurses who match our high standards of expectations for patient care,” Bock commented. “In return, it will be the company’s and my responsibility to employ, retain, and value our highly skilled staff. One of our goals for the coming year is to go paperless and work toward reducing time lost due to paperwork.”
The Home Care Connection and Hospice, Inc. (HCCH), founded in 1998 by Brenda Jones, is a family owned and operated company.
