Luis Porretta Fine Arts Opening in Nanaimo North Town Centre

Jan. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Luis Porretta, Canadian Antiques Roadshow Alumnus and local antique dealer, is pleased to announce the opening of his new antique and collectibles store at the Nanaimo North Town Centre. The new store, “Luis Porretta Fine Arts”, will be opening February 5th 2011.

“I’m very excited”, says Porretta, “The new store will be buying and selling a wide variety of antiques and collectibles, from Georgian glass and silver to vintage audio, musical instruments and records. With over 20ft of jewellery cases, we will have an interesting selection of estate and vintage designer jewellery on hand and are always looking for interesting pieces. A reputable gold and silver buyer will also be available to purchase your scrap precious metals.”

“The accent for all of our products and services will be on quality”, explains Porretta. “In addition to the antiques and collectibles, our professional services include a same day accredited appraisal service, art restoration for your damaged paintings and picture frame repair and gilding.” Luis is also qualified to help you with your estate disposal needs, and is currently accepting items for a forthcoming auction he’s organizing on the mainland in September.
