Bfi Optilas Introduces Tunable Khz Integrated Laser

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 21, 2011 - The device integrates a DPSS pump laser and an OPO into a single housing and provides narrow linewidth output from 210 nm to 12 microns, with pulse duration of about 3-5 ns at a repetition rate of 100 Hz to 2.5 kHz. The output wavelength can be set from a control pad with backlit display or from a personal computer through RS232 interface using supplied LabView drivers.

Applications include Laser-induced fluorescence , Photolysis, Photobiology, Remote sensing, Metrology, Gas spectroscopy and other laser spectroscopy applications.
