Whole Foods Market® Coral Springs Helping Lupus Foundation Through Donate Your Dime Program

Jan. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- CORAL SPRINGS, FL - When community bands together, big things can happen! The Lupus Foundation of America (LFA), Southeast Florida Chapter, is proud to announce that Whole Foods Market Coral Springs has chosen LFA as the next charitable organization they will support in their ongoing “Donate Your Dime” fundraising campaign. This program reduces our impact on the environment while supporting local non-profit groups.

Between the dates of January 17, 2011 and April 10, 2011, Whole Foods Market Coral Springs customers who bring in their own bags can choose to donate their 10¢ per bag refund to the Lupus Foundation of America Southeast Florida Chapter.  Funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward LFA’s programs and services in Broward County.

Donations during the three-month period will be given to The Lupus Foundation of America, Southeast Florida Chapter after April 10, 2011, during a check presentation photo shoot.  The final donation amount and photo will be released to the local media at that time.
