New Organic Coffee Blend Mokaflor

Jan. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- At Mokaflor, when we decided to create an “ethic” blend we wanted it to be the best of all, creating a blend that was both organic and fair trade. To find good single origin coffee having both these important certifications was not easy at all.

The products that come from organic farming are obtained without any synthetic chemical substances and in the total respect for the environment. To adhere to such objectives organic farming has adopted techniques that respect natural ecological balances: the defence from the harmful insects is effected by means of an integrated fight with the employment of pollinators, the use of substances of mineral, vegetable, animal origin and of resistant plants; the fertility of the soil is maintained and strengthen with natural manure and correct agronomic practices.

With determination Mokaflor has contacted centres of Fair Trade. From these are arose answers and references that have allowed the company to quickly guaranty values and transparency towards itself and its consumers.

We carried on with our research, and during last year we have tested more than 120 organic and fair trade kind of coffee until we found the perfect match for our blend. Now the blend of organic and fair trade Mokaflor, also known as Just Coffee  is rich, fragrant and full bodied. It’s a completely new blend for the Italian espresso, that has never existed before. It’s both good for yourself and good for the planet.
